Aluminium as the choice of materials for outfitting both offshore and onshore is increasing strongly. Stord Offshore as has had the pleasure of delivering these kind of products through several years, and has buildt up a significant competence within the trade. We've had the responsibility productional tasks, where client has delivered handed over all productional basis to EPC-contracts (e.g Heimdal 2000 - client ABB/Heerema Tønsberg

	The image shows a section of a stair delivered to the Visund project. Stord Offshore as had a contract with Umoe, where we delivered all outfitting to Visund Top-side and for equivalently/equally large projects. The contract included mainly fabrication of stair, gangways, plattforms, ladders and railings.
Stord Offshore as was given the task from PRO-LQ (Aker Stord a.s / Aker Elektro a.s / R&M Isolering / Holmedal & Husum Offshore AS) to assemble the structure to Oseberg Sør. The task consisted of fabrication of plategirders and assembling wallelements and deck-sections. After the part-assembly, the 6 m high structure was assembled for further outfitting. The assembly was done in-doors.
	This is one of the stairtowers delivered to the Heimdal 2000 upgrade. This was one of many EPC-contracts delivered the last years.
This is a structure delivered to Aker Offshore Partner for installation on board Snorre TLP. The structureis a trafo.platform w/ dropped object protection, total weight ca 14 tonns.
